• Authored comprehensive construction document sets, including plans, elevations, and detailed specifications.
• Served as the architect's on-site representative, collaborating with project managers and superintendents to resolve subcontractor inquiries and verify field conditions.

- Cinemark Merriam: Existing building of 84,000sf. Conversion of 10 of the 20 auditoriums into kitchen/restaurant, bar, bowling alleys, arcade, laser games and cord course. Project in CD phase in Missouri.
- LHM Megaplex Redstone: Existing building. Renovation of an 8 auditoriums theater. Project in CA phase in Park City Utah
- LHM Megaplex Sunset: Existing building. Renovation of an 8 auditoriums theater. Project in CA phase in St-Goerge Utah

- Training Center Oracle/ Mail Room: PA/PM for the transformation of office spaces into training rooms and a mail room at the Cerner Innovation Center.
- Columbus Park: PA/PM coordinating and updating CD for permit.
- Miza: a 35,000 sq ft Maker Space in Abu Dubai. participated to the design and deliverables production.
• Managed a team of six Architects and ten building technicians.
• Prioritized head count allocation across up to 33 parallel projects using Scrum method.
• Managed client relationships both at the tactical and strategic levels for a portfolio of 23 accounts.
• Designed architectural layouts (blueprints) for hotels, supermarkets, health centers and industrial buildings.
• Managed complex cross-functional stakeholder relationships including government agencies, suppliers, construction companies and engineering firms.

- Warehouses Oukacha: 4 Warehouse of 2000 sq ft each at Oukacha next to Casablanca’s port. Managed from design to CA.
